Forbes has presented its seventh ranking of the best employers in Russia. The new ranking includes 205 companies, compared to 168 the previous year.
For the fourth year in a row, Lime HD has confirmed its "bronze" status in the Forbes "Best Employers in Russia - 2025" ranking.
The Forbes ranking distinguishes employers across four distinct tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The category an employer falls into depends on the points it has scored. Points are awarded for metrics from three groups: "Employees and Society" (salaries, social benefits, staff turnover, corporate internships, retention programs), "Ecology" (resource use, environmental protection costs, environmental policy in general), and "Corporate Governance" (gender equality, compliance, transparent reporting).
In the latest assessment, Lime HD was awarded "Bronze" in the "Ecology" group and "Silver" in the "Employees and Society" and "Corporate Governance" groups.
