Lime HD has announced the start of production for short vertical series in the capital of Chuvashia. The project aims to create original content for modern platforms and social media, targeting a young audience.
Last Saturday, on February 1, a large-scale casting took place in Cheboksary, attracting more than 130 participants. Among them were people of various professions and ages—from kindergarten teachers to internationally experienced models.
This wide range of candidates allowed the company to select the most talented and charismatic actors to participate in the project.
Filming of the first episodes will begin in the coming weeks.
Lime HD invites everyone to follow the project’s development through social media and the company’s official website.

Short vertical series are designed specifically for viewing on mobile devices, where videos are played vertically rather than horizontally.
In Russia, interest in vertical series is already growing.
In 2024, Alexey Goreslavsky, CEO of the Institute for Internet Development (IRI), noted that short vertical mini-series are competing with traditional projects in terms of viewership.
For example, the project “Tanya Left Alone”—a vertical series about the Siege of Leningrad—gathered around 40 million views on the VK Clips platform (https://goo.su/5HLh6).
